Andy Appleby Commissioner/CEO of the USPBL 7-18-18

posted by Ryan Ehlke -

Andy Appleby is the Commissioner and CEO of the United Shores Professional Baseball League, and the USPBL recently implemented a rule where a new inning will not be started after 2 hours and 25 minutes. Appleby joined Matt Dery to discuss the time limit on the games.

Appleby discussed what other ideas they had to shorten their games, what the players reactions were to the new rule and if any other teams/leagues have reached out about the time limit.
