BREAKING: Former MSU Football Players sentenced

Former Michigan State University football players Donnie Corley Jr., Demetric Vance and Josh King are sentenced to 36 MONTHS OF PROBATION for seduction of an unmarried woman. The three were all involved in the alleged rape of a woman in a bathroom at an on-campus party in January 2017.

All pleaded guilty to the lesser charged of seduction of an unmarried woman. Originally, King was charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct, third degree criminal sexual conduct and capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person.

Corley Jr., Vance and King all stood in front of Judge Aquilina (same Judge from the Larry Nasser case) Wednesday morning and faced their sentencing. Below is the sentencing for all three men:

  • 36 months probation for all three.
  • She grants HYTA status and orders sex offender treatment (again, they won’t be required to register as sex offenders).
  • 100 hours community service, with a 365 day suspended jail sentence. They won’t serve it unless they violate probation. They’d faced up to five years in prison.

Both Donnie Corley and Demetric Vance will enroll at and play for Coahoma Community College in Clarksdale, Mississippi, according to Junior College Football Frenzy
