Two Michigan college, Calvin College and Albion College, had a thrilling end to both of their games last Saturday.

In Game 1 of the double-header, Calvin College junior Grant Van Putten scored the game's only run on a wild-pitch. Calvin College won 1-0.

In Game 2, Calvin College trailed 2-0 in the bottom of the 7th inning. By the way, there are seven innings in college baseball. Two bases-loaded, two-out walks tied the game, and, you guessed it, Grant Van Putten was standing on third base.

That's when he stole home. Just awesome.

Van Putten now has 22 steals on the season, and ranks third nationally in steals per game.

Pretty cool ending, and even better that it was two local schools.
