We all love watching these videos.  A guy who hustles and works his butt off on a team, but is usually paying just as much as we are paying to attend college.

Well Chris Collins, the first-year head coach at Northwestern, decided to hand out a scholarship to one of his walk-on players.  James Montgomery III has gone from a practice player from the women's team, to a walk-on on the men's team.  Last year, he got some minutes, and appeared in 23 games for the Wildcats.

Well this year, right before his senior season, he got to make that great phone call to his mother and sister saying he received a scholarship.  Priceless...
